The Dahlias: A Rising Star in Luxury Living
This purchase highlights the growing appeal of The Dahlias among affluent buyers seeking premium residences in the National Capital Region.
DLF's Successful Launch
Earlier in 2025, DLF made waves in the real estate market by achieving record sales of Rs 11,816 crore within just nine weeks for The Dahlias project in DLF Phase 5, Gurugram. A total of 173 luxury units were sold during this period, solidifying the development's status as one of North India's most sought-after luxury addresses.
Luxury Redefined
The Dahlias offers homes ranging from 10,000 to 12,000 sq. ft., with penthouses extending up to 19,000 sq. ft. Prices for these residences start at just over Rs 70 crore for bare-shell apartments and can reach up to Rs 150 crore for fully furnished penthouses, two of which have already been sold at this premium price point.
Exclusivity and Demand
The pricing structure underscores the exclusivity of The Dahlias, with rates set at Rs 1.05 lakh per square foot for carpet area and Rs 64,000 per square foot for super area. This positions The Dahlias ahead of DLF's previous luxury project, The Camellias, in both size and pricing.
DLF's pre-sales strategy has proven effective, with 41% of the targeted 420 units already booked. Booking amounts have ranged from Rs 5 to Rs 10 crore per unit, accumulating nearly Rs 1,200 crore to date. The inventory will be released in phases, depending on market demand, to maintain exclusivity and sustained interest.
